Jennifer Farley Brase has worked in the field of college admission for over 25 years. Her experience includes working at Pepperdine University as an admission officer where she read applications and traveled the country recruiting students. She has also worked “on the other side of the desk” at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School and Pacifica Christian High School where she currently works as the Dean of College Counseling. She enjoys working one-on-one with students guiding them through the college application process.
Jennifer has a BA in Communications from Pepperdine University and attended the Harvard Summer Institute on College Admissions. She also served on the executive board of WACAC. In addition to college counseling, Jennifer has served on her school's PTSA board and is a volunteer at her church.
Cathy Schertle Huseby's passion for working with students began in college. Since then, she has worked with a variety of students, including high school students, college freshmen and transfers, and international and graduate students at USC, UC Irvine, and Woodbury University. Her broad experience in college admissions and advising has allowed her to help guide students through the admission process. She loves helping students find a university that fits them.
Cathy earned her Masters in Education with an emphasis in College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University and her Bachelor's in English from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Cathy also was a transfer student herself. In addition to guiding students, bike riding, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three kids make her smile.
